Menya ibyo kwitaho ku mwana uvukanye Diyabete I

Umwana ashobora kuvukana diyabere yo mu bwoko bwa mbere, bitewe n’impamvu zitandukanye, bikaba bisaba ko yitabwaho by’umwihariko, ngo ubuzima bwe bubungabungwe, kandi iyo hakurikijwe inama za muganga, agira ubuzima bwiza.

 Ubusanzwe indwara ya diyabete iterwa no kubura k’umusemburo ukorwa n’impindura ikaba ari indwara iterwa no kwangirika kw’ingirangingo z’imyanya ikora uwo musemburo ushinzwe gushyira ku gipimo, kuringaniza igipimo cy’isukari mu maraso.

Mukamazimpaka Alivera umuforomokazi ushinzwe gukurikirana by’umwihariko abana n’urubyiruko barwaye diyabete I mu ishyirahamwe ryita ku barwayi ba diyabete mu Rwanda, yasobanuye ko kugeza ubu hatarakorwa ubushakashatsi bugaragaza ikiyitera nyakuri.

Yagize ati: ‘Kuba umwana yavukana diyabete yo mu bwoko bwa mbere, byaterwa no kwiyangiza k’umubiri, hakabaho kwangirika kw’izo ngirangingo zishinzwe gukora umusemburo wa insuline.

Imbarutso usanga hashobora kubamo ufite igisanira cy’umuntu wayirwaye, ufite umubyibuho ukabije, umuntu udakora imyitozo ngororamubiri, kuri yo ntibiba bihari ahubwo umubiri uba wivumbuye ubwawo, ugatera ibyo  bibazo bituma umusemburo utaboneka. “

Ubushakashatsi aho bugeze ntiburagaragaza impamvu ituma habaho icyo kibazo mu mubiri. Nta cyakorwa cyo kwirinda ngo umuntu atarwara diyabete I, ubwirinzi buri kuri diyabete y’ubwoko bwa 2.

Mukamazimpaka yakomeje asobanura ko umwana wayivukanye iyo ubuzima bwe bwitaweho, abaho mu buzima nk’undi muntu wese, agakura.

Ati: “Umwana wayivukanye ashobora kubaho, akarenga icyiciro cy’iminsi 1000, Birashoboka, ariko abifashijwemo n’umuryango, n’abamureberera, ni wa mwana ukiri muto ukeneye ifashabere, ariko akagira n’uwo mwihariko wuko umubiri we ukeneye insuline, ukeneye gukurikiranwa no kwitabwaho.”

 Yasobanuye ko aho ariho bahera bashishikariza ababyeyi kuba hafi icyo cyiciro cy’abana, bakabamenyera ibikenewe bisanzwe ku bikenewe mu mikurire y’umwana ariko akanamumenyera gushyira igipimo kuri iyo sukari, kumutera wa musemburo abura (insuline) no kumukorera ibimufasha gukora insuline, akamenya uburyo amutera urushinge, uko amupima, agahindura ubuzima bw’umana ngo amushyire mu cyerekezo kimufasha gukura neza.

Ubuhamya ni uko hari abakurikiranwa bagakura, bakaba abangavu, inkumi, ubugimbi baraburenze bakaba abagabo, ababyeyi nk’abandi muri sosiyete.

Ababyeyi bashishikarizwa kutirukira mu bavuzi gakondo

Ntibyoroshye ko umubyeyi yamenya ko yabyaye umwana ufite diyabete I, ariko uyifite aba afite isukari nyinshi mu mubiri, kwa muganaga ni bo bafata ibipimo, kuko hari igihe aba ari uburwayi bukomatanyije, bisaba kugaragaza no kwa muganga.

Mukamazimpaka yagize ati: “Mu kuvuza ahakwiye ni kwa muganga, byaroroshye bafite ubwisungane mu kwivuza, ababyeyi basabwa kutabajyana mu bavuzi ba gakondo, mu kubarutsa, mu babahanurira n’ababasengera.”

Yagaragaje ibifasha mu kwita ku bana bafite diyabete I.

Ati: “Nk’umubyeyi ufite umwana muto, aba agomba kubanza kwigishwa, agahabwa amabwiriza amufasha kwita kuri uwo mwana, akamenya igipimo cy’isukari abyukanye, ibyo amugaburira, kumenya uko amugaragarira akamenya icyo bisobanuye, akita ku masaha yahawe yo kumufatira ibipimo, icyo agomba kumufasha, igihe amuhera umuti, ntamutererane, akamenya n’izindi mpinduka zishobora kumubaho.”

Ibyo kwigengesera

Umuntu ufite diabete I, bamufasha mu by’ubuzima busanzwe, bamurinda akato, bamufata nk’umuntu umenze nk’abandi, ukeneye kwishima, ukeneye kuganirizwa bakamurinda kwigunga, bakamurinda gucika intege, nta ruhare yigeze abigiramo, ni umuntu ufite agaciro nk’abandi muri sosiyete, bakirinda kumusanisha n’uburwayi ngo dore akoze biriya, gukundwa nk’abandi,  ushoboye, ufite ubumuntu, agomba gukundwa nk’abandi, kubona ubwisanzure, gutanga inama nk’abandi, nk’uko n’undi mwana akwiye kugaragarizwa urukundo, ntatotezwe, ntiyitwe andi mazina ajyanye nuko arwaye, akaba umuntu wishimye kandi wishimiwe.
