“Imyanya myibarukiro y’umwangavu utariye indyo yuzuye ntikura”

Mu Rwanda hakomeje gukorwa ubukangurambaga busaba ababyeyi kwita ku ndyo yuzuye bagaburira abana babo, bakabarinda imirire mibi n’igwingira, ahanini bwibanda ku buzima bw’abana bari munsi y’imyaka 6 ariko hagaragajwe ko n’abana babyiruka  by’umwihariko abangavu bakeneye imirire iboneye kugira ngo bakure neza kandi bizagirire akamaro n’abo bazabyara.

Zimwe mu ngaruka z’iyo mirire mibi harimo ko imyanya myibarukiro idakura neza no kugira ikibazo cy’amaraso makeya mu mubiri.

Yavuze ko  mu matako hadakura bikaba byatuma igihe uriya mwana w’umukobwa amaze gukura ageze mu gihe cyo kubyara bigorana.  Umwangavu udafite vitamini D, vitamini B12 bituma iriya myanya ikura neza ndetse na  iyode (Iode) bihagije bituma agira ikibazo gikomeye.

Yasobanuye ko “fer” iboneka mu mboga, mu mbuto  n’ibikomoka ku matungo.

Buriya bushakashatsi kandi bagaragaza ko abana b’abakobwa bafite imyaka 15 kugeza kuri 19, bangana na 14,7% bafite ikibazo cy’amaraso makeya.

Dusingize Clemence ushinzwe Ubukangurambaga mu kurwanya igwingira n’imirire mibi mu Kigo cy’Igihugu gishinzwe Ubuzima (RBC), mu kiganiro n’Imvaho Nshya, yavuze  ko  imirire y’abangavu igomba kwitabwaho; bakenera indyo yuzuye kuko iyo batayibona bagira ikibazo cyo kubura amaraso (anemia).

Ati: “Iyo icyo kibazo kititaweho, ngo umwangavu yitabweho neza bimugiraho ingaruka zo kubura amaraso ndetse no mu gihe cye cyo gutwita byamugiraho ingaruka zo kubyara umwana ugwingiye”.

Yongeyeho ati: “Ikindi kandi ni uko umwangavu atakaza amaraso buri kwezi, birumvikana ko iyo abuze indyo yuzuye cyane cyane ikungahaye ku ntungamubiri zirimo imyunyungugu na poroteyine (protein) bimushyira mu kaga ko kurwara anemia (kubura amaraso).   Inama ni uko abangavu barya indyo yuzuye, kandi bakagirwa n’inama yo gufata ibinini bya fer byongera amaraso”.

Bamwe mu baturage baganiriye n’Imvaho Nshya, bavuze ko hakwiye kongerwa ubukangurambaga kugira ngo abantu basobanukirwe uburemere bw’iki kibazo.

Mukamunana Alice wo mu Karere ka Kicukiro yagize ati: “ Ndakeka ko abenshi tutabisobanukiwe, twakanguriwe cyane imirire y’abana bari munsi y’imyaka itanu, ibyo by’abangavu njye ndumva ari bishya mu matwi yanjye […], icyakorwa ni ukongera ubukangurambaga”.

Mugenzi we Muhire ati: “Twireberaga iby’abana bato cyane, uwo wigiye hejuru ko aba azi no kwigaburira, usanga hari n’ibyo utamubwira kurya ngo yemere yihitiramo ibyo ashatse bitarimo n’izo mboga. Kuri ibi na ho ndumva hakenewe kwigisha”.

Ishami ry’Umuryango w’Abibumbye ryita ku Buzima (OMS) rigaragaza ko ikibazo cyo kugira amaraso makeya ku bagore n’abakobwa gihangayikishije kuko ugifite agira ibibazo by’ubuzima; ubushobozi bw’amaraso bwo gutwara umwuka umubiri ukenera wa “Oxygene” mu bice  bitandukanye by’umubiri buragabanuka. 

Zimwe mu ngaruka zikaba kugira intenge nke, kuzungera, guhumeka nabi,  kugira umunabi, ikibazo cy’abana bapfa bavuka n’ababyeyi bapfa babyara n’ibindi.  Iri shami rivuga ko ibi bigira n’ingaruka ku rwego rw’ubukungu kuko ubushobozi n’imbaraga byo gukora ku muntu ufite iki kibazo bigabanuka.
