Uwuzuyinema Brigitte avuga ko indyo yuzuye ituma abana bakura neza

Ubuyobozi bw’Akarere ka Gakenke buvuga ko imyumvire y’abaturage mu gutegura indyo yuzuye yazamutse bigatuma ikibazo cy’imirire mibi n’igwingira cyari cyugarije aka karere gicogora. Ni umusaruro wagezweho binyuze mu bukangurambaga bwashyizwemo ingufu, kandi bukaba bukomeje kuko hakiri urugendo.

Indyo yuzuye ntisaba ibihambaye
