Dr Anicet Nzabonimpa, inzobere muri gahunda yo kuboneza urubyaro, akorera mu kigo cy’igihugu cy’Ubuzima, RBC, mu ishami rishinzwe kubungabunga ubuzima bw’umubyeyi n’umwana, asobanura ko impamvu ziteza ubugumba cyangwa kutabyara zinyuranye ndetse ko 90% by’ibibazo biteza ubugumba bivurwa bigakira.
