Inkeri zikungahaye ku ntungamubiri

Inkeri ni imbuto zikungahaye kuri Vitamini C ingana na mg 60 n’imyunyu ngungu irimo Karisiyumu (Calcium) mg 20, Potasiyumu (Potassium)  mg 152, Manyeziyumu (Magnésium)mg12, Iyode, Fosifore, Feri na “Cuivre” zikungahaye no ku mazi kuko zibonekamo g 89,9.  Zibamo na Vitamini A, K na E.
